 The Boone County Cadet Squadron emblem is an azure disk bound in ore embraced by two arcs.

The azure field signifies vigilance and the sky, the operational domain of Civil Air Patrol. The motto Vigilanti et Paratus (“Vigilant and Ready”) reflects the squadron’s commitment to preparedness and service. The red bend denotes action and forward momentum. The CAP Cadet Programs Shield symbolizes dedication to cadet development, and the four gold stars represent CAP’s Core Values: Integrity, Volunteer Service, Excellence, and Respect. The three, gold darts signify CAP’s three missions: Aerospace Education, Cadet Programs, and Emergency Services. The depiction of Daniel Boone honors Kentucky’s heritage and symbolizes exploration, growth, and the pioneering spirit of the squadron.

This emblem embodies the identity, mission, and heritage of the Boone County Cadet Squadron. It integrates CAP’s national mission set with local historical significance, presenting a unified and meaningful symbol for the unit.
